First, download the .rar file (the unextracted game files) in a location where you can easily find the game folder.Club Penguin Download Windows
Once the file has been downloaded, extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Here, we use Winrar.
We suggest you to use ’Extract to CP3D (Version X.X.X.X). However, you can also use extract here.
You should now have a folder like this.
Open the folder, and double click on ’Launcher.exe’.
The launcher will download the latest version of the game. This can take some time.
Once the game files are downloaded, the launcher will start the patching process. You’ll know when the patching process begins when the launcher says ’now patching’. This can take some time. Once the patching process is finished, you will have the option to play the game or exit the launcher. Click the play button to launch CP3D.
You will have to open launcher.exe everytime you want to play CP3D. This will keep your game up to date. When a new version is available, the launcher will automatically download and patch the game. This operation will take some time. Do not move any files inside the CP3D folder to prevent patching issues.
